FalconStor brings application- and platform-aware data protection and replication to Oracle VM environments

FalconStor’s storage virtualization and data replication solutions for virtual servers are now integrated and available for Oracle VM, bringing a high level of data protection, recoverability and continuous availability to Oracle virtual environments.

FalconStor® Continuous Data Protector (CDP) integrates with Oracle VM deployments to provide WAN-optimized replication and to enable automated and seamless operations failover to a remote disaster recovery site.
FalconStor® Application Snapshot Director (ASD) for Oracle VM will bring application-consistent data protection to Oracle VM environments, guaranteeing transactional integrity to reduce recovery times and enable continuous data availability during storage or system failure. FalconStor® HyperTrac™ Backup Accelerator works with Oracle Secure Backup (OSB) to provide high-performance, zero-impact backups for Oracle VM servers by offloading backup processes from the virtual server.
